BEAT THE HEAT with the help of cool diet
We should consume fresh fruits and vegetables or seasonal fruits in summer .
:- Drink 8 glass of water daily (at least).And if you are not able to do that then you should change your diet plan and add some things which are helpful to hydrate your body.
:Coolness From Seasonal Fruits- Hot sun and heat may damage your body .Dehydration ,skin burn, tiredness etc. are the main problems of this season .To stay away from these you should consume seasonal fruits and vegetables. In summer , we need such food which are helpful to maintain our energy level.In seasonal fruits and vegetables vitamins, minerals,enzymes,antioxidants and phytochemicals are present, naturally they clean our body and also develop healing capacity.
Include these things in your diet:-
1.Yogurt/curd and fruits:- It is the best option for our breakfast.High liquid quantity fruits help to maintain our fluid level at normal which is always decreasing with sweat.Curd is beneficial to our health.It contains lactobacilus which is helpful to protect us from food poisoning.
2.Vegetables:- Carbohydrate containing food help to maintain our energy level and blood sugar level in summer. This includes baked beans,, rice, yogurt,milk and fruits.
3.Cucumber:-It contains 95% water, magnesium,calcium,sodium and potassium like nutrients.It is helpful for glowing skin.it can be consumed in both forms as juice and salad.
4.Watermelon:-It is full of vitamin c antioxidants,it also contains 90% water which make our body hydrate.It have vitamin A and B6.
5.Strawberry:-It is full of potassium and 92% water. It can be eaten in both forms as raw and by making juice of it.
6.Spinach:-It is the main source of folate which is a helpful nutrient for brain.It is a important source of antioxidant and vitamin E. A bowl of raw spinach completes the 15% necessity of vitamin E daily.
Stay away from these things :-
1.Spicy food:-Stay away from spicy foods,spices,ginger etc. These increase the metabolism level and heat in our body.Like this should not eat roasted food , it may cause gastric problems.
2.Sauce:-Stay away from chilli sauce because it contains calorie more than 360, due to the consumption of this energy level goes down. In spite of this we should use fresh tomato or raw mango chutney .In some sauce products, mono sodium,gulutamate,salt are present in high amoun which are dangerous to health.
3.Ice-cream and Cold drinks;-FRIENDS,we love icecream and cold drinks too much but in reality these products increase the heat level of our stomach .Like this tea and coffee increase heat in body.THOSE BEVERAGES WHICH CONTAIN HIGH AMOUNT OF SUGAR AND CAFFEINE dehydrate our body(high sugar level).
4.High quantity of salt ;-Normally, high salt quantity food effect the blood pressure. ( about salt i will tell you later).
Some noticeable things (MAY BE COMMON):-Eat low calorie or digestive food ,increase the intake of fruits juice,food should have nutrients .With water, everyone should drink lemonade.Take 2 seasonal fruits daily or include these in your diet.Fruits can be consumed with milkshakes .Eat protein but in appropriate quantity.In summer hair need extra care, protein diet may be helpful.
